Sargent 1/4" Hole Punch Telephone Cable Bullet Bond

Note: Sargent no longer installs a spring on each handle. There is only one spring on one side of the handle. The other handle does not have a spring.

This tool is ideal for installing bullet bonds on telephone cable sheath and has been around for many years. It can be used on paper, film, and other material. Other companies have made similiar hole punches, but they have not been able to match the quality and long lasting durability of the Sargent Hole Punch.
